May Your Way, Check-In 2

Sorry I haven't been blogging. Matthew's been out of town a lot and.....drumroll.....Benjamin has pneumonia.

Again.

But I have been very good w my weight-loss/fitness challenge for The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans.

Though my measurements haven't gone down in a week, my weight went from 190.3 last Wednesday to 188.4 today. Yay!

I had my longest run ever on Monday, 6.75 miles, at a 12:07 pace. Pretty darn good! I burned a whopping 930 calories! Today my run was 3.15 miles at a 11:10 pace, burning 440 calories. I love early-morning runs. No, really, I do.

I also completed the challenge for the week of drinking at least 64 oz of water each day. I'm not so sure how I'm going to do with this week's challenge of getting five servings of fruits and veggies each day this week. We shall see...

Sounds like you have your hands full. Hope things settle down a bit for you soon, and that everybody will be healthy again.
