Well, it's only been three days, but it's been great so far! I went to a family birthday party the very first day of this challenge, and was able to resist all the yummy foods I wanted to devour.
I've had two great runs already this week, have eaten sensibly, and have met all my goals so far.
My weight today was 190.3. I didn't do my measurements b/c it's only been three days, but I'll remeasure next week to see if there's been any loss.
