May Your Way, Check-In 1

Well, it's only been three days, but it's been great so far! I went to a family birthday party the very first day of this challenge, and was able to resist all the yummy foods I wanted to devour.

I've had two great runs already this week, have eaten sensibly, and have met all my goals so far.

My weight today was 190.3. I didn't do my measurements b/c it's only been three days, but I'll remeasure next week to see if there's been any loss.

Great job for sticking to your goals throughout the birthday party! Those are the things that usually derail most people!
