I have a good life

It's been such a good week!! I worked out four times. I didn't have any Dr. Pepper. I was happy and content with myself. Good times.

Here are some pictures of what it looks like on a typical week.

Benjamin chewing on a toy

Still at it....while Andrew arranges his trucks in an order that only makes sense to him.

It looks colder than it was. I think it was 58. But the wind was really cold and it wasn't sunny at all. We had a good time. I love these boys and feel so blessed to get to spend every day with them.

Here's Benjamin's nine-month picture!! After he turns one, I'm going to post all of his pictures and all of Andrew's pictures. It'll be fun. :) This is the first month he did a little bit better sitting in the chair, albeit propped up. But you can see that he's still slipping a little bit. Same outfit, though. (I think it's a 3-month oufit.)

We spend an awful lot of time in waiting rooms. So why not document it? ;)

Curious George and Ernie were *this* close to being chewed on. He's cutting a tooth (or multiple teeth) something fierce. They're phantom teeth, though, as I am not quite sure which ones are coming in. I think they're on the bottom sides. But nothing is even close to breaking through the gums yet. Still, he's chewing on everything in sight and drooling buckets.

I think he's pretty content with life. :)

Trying to reach the fishies...

Oh my goodness. So we're working on picking up food. He can't quite pick up his Gerber puffs and actually get them in his mouth. But he's close. Here he is...*really* close. LOL

And for your viewing pleasure, a video of Benjamin trying to get the puffs in his mouth. Complete with Andrew commentary, of course. Don't forget to pause the music at the bottom of the page!

Have a wonderful Sunday, everyone!

I must be a little hormonal because I got all teary eyed looking at your pictures! Such sweet boys. I can see Matthew in Benjamin's face now. His bone structure is so similar to his daddy right now, although they change so quickly.

*sniff* such a sweet sweet family, I'm so lucky to know you guys.

tissues! i need tissues!

You DO have a good life :) I love all the pictures of the boys, but seriously, the chin-puff is adorable. I especially love the adhesive powers of saliva. And, please dear, give Diet Dr. P a decent chance.

Cute pictures! Kind of makes me want a boy. Not sure I would know what to do with one since I have 4 sisters and a daughter, but I'm sure the Lord would show me! Don't you just love the aquarium swing. I did not register for it, but one of my sweet friends in Bham bought it for me and I think it was my favorite present after Sydney was born. Of course, I love our matching high chairs too! Selena

I like how Andrew was giving you directions in the movie. Max is the little instruction giver around here too!

Precious! Absolutely precious! I don't think you can ask for more proof there is a God when you look at children! Such a tremendous blessing and the fact that He has entrusted them to our care is so amazing!

Hey, I recognize that waiting room! lol. It's always good when we realize what a good and blessed life we have.

And I agree with the others, give diet Dr. P a chance, it tastes more like the real thing than any diet ever did.

Don't give in to the Diet Dr. Pepper peer pressure. You and I both know that it is not as good as the real stuff. Better to enjoy the real stuff infrequently than to grudge through imitation stuff frequently (did that make sense?) I haven't had a soda in about a month. So when I come down, I am bringing down two Dr. Peppers and we are going to enjoy what a real drink tastes like. Until then, be strong.

Queen- I could tell that was you! (..and I don't mean milk!) Angela, I did buy Dr Pepper when CVS had it on such a good sale Monday. Forget it is in the fridge downstairs. I did buy Diet DP too.
The pictures of the boys were just adorable. Benjamin is so cute, he looks sweet like a girl in a couple of them. Even though the boys don't really play together yet, I am thankful Andrew is sweet and kind to Benjamin and not jealous because he is the baby.
