Back in the Saddle Again

As many of you know, I joined Weight Watchers in between Benjamin and Thomas. For the first time in my life, I was able to sensibly lose weight and feel good about myself.

And now that I am nine (yikes!) weeks postpartum, it's time.

Time to start eating better.

Time to start eating less.

Time to lose weight so I can get out of maternity clothes!

I am joining Weight Watchers today. I am breastfeeding, so I will get the extra points that I need for that.

For anyone interested, here are my favorite websites that I use while on WW:

Generic WW Points List

Points Calculator (You can find out the points for any food as long as you know the calories, fat, and fiber.)

Blog with lots of WW recipes

Restaurant Guide

Fast Food Guide

And my favorite recipe (so far) is Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken. I am not a cook. This is easy and yummy. It does not taste like diet food, and I fix it even when I'm not dieting.

Feel free to ask me any questions. I am certainly not an expert and have not lost tons of weight in the past. But I know that for me, this is what works!

Thank you so much for posting those links. I am "unofficially" doing the WW points thing now (I'm too cheap to join, lol, just go the info from my mom for it)...Good luck - you did GREAT the first time, I'm sure you'll do well this time too. I'm down 7 lbs so far (it's been about 2 months)...

Good luck and remember, it took 9 months to get it on, so give yourself AT LEAST 9 months to get it off :)

Kristian and I just joined today. Like you I joined and had great success and then I fell off the wagon...I was not pregnant, just lazy I guess. Lets toast to our OBVIOUS success.. with water of course! :)

My daughter was born a week after your son, Thomas, so I joined WW to lose the 60 pounds I gained while pregnant!
