As many of you know, I joined Weight Watchers in between Benjamin and Thomas. For the first time in my life, I was able to sensibly lose weight and feel good about myself.

And now that I am nine (yikes!) weeks postpartum, it's time.
Time to start eating better.
Time to start eating less.
Time to lose weight so I can get out of maternity clothes!
I am joining Weight Watchers today. I am breastfeeding, so I will get the extra points that I need for that.

And my favorite recipe (so far) is Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken. I am not a cook. This is easy and yummy. It does not taste like diet food, and I fix it even when I'm not dieting.
Feel free to ask me any questions. I am certainly not an expert and have not lost tons of weight in the past. But I know that for me, this is what works!
